About AA Dog Rescue - Dog Rescue in Spain & UK Dog Adoption

 

Having rescued and rehomed over 12,000 dogs, AA Dog Rescue is a trusted dog rescue based in Spain, specialising in UK dog adoption and dedicated to saving dogs' lives and helping them find loving homes in the UK and Spain. We specialise in rescuing dogs from kill shelters, abandoned street dogs, and dogs in need of rehoming.

 

We also support UK dog surrenders, placing dogs into carefully selected foster homes where they are fully assessed before being matched with the right adopter, supporting rescue dog adoption in the UK.

 

Every dog in our care undergoes a comprehensive health check and behavioural assessment. We carry out dog testing, cat testing, and child suitability testing, with videos provided for full transparency to potential adopters.

 

All of our rescue dogs are:

 

• Fully vaccinated

• Microchipped

• Regularly treated for fleas and worms

• Given any necessary veterinary treatment

 

Dogs over six months old are blood tested for Erlichia, Anaplasma, and Leishmania, and all adult dogs are neutered or spayed before adoption.

 

At AA Dog Rescue, we are committed to responsible dog adoption. We carefully match each dog with the right home, assessing every application individually to ensure the best possible outcome for both dog and adopter.

 

We provide lifetime support for every dog we rehome, offering guidance and ongoing help to adopters whenever needed.

 

For UK adoption, we transport our rescue dogs from Spain, making it easy to adopt a dog from Spain to the UK, using our own fully registered, air-conditioned transport van, which is fully compliant with EU and UK regulations. All travel documentation is handled by our experienced team to ensure a safe and stress-free journey.
