HER STORY

Duffy came into our care from the pound.

We don’t know what her life was like before rescue, but she has adapted well to her current surroundings. She spends her days with six other female dogs and interacts with them happily, including sharing food and toys.

When meeting new people, Duffy can be reserved initially, particularly around men. She therefore needs the opportunity to approach new people in her own time.

One of her biggest strengths is how beautifully she walks on a lead. She is an absolute pleasure to take out and would make a lovely companion for someone who enjoys relaxed walks.

A LITTLE DOG WHO QUIETLY STEALS YOUR HEART

Duffy isn’t the type to demand attention the moment you meet her. She’s more likely to watch quietly, take her time and then show you what a lovely little dog she really is.

At around 8kg, she’s a manageable size and already a pleasure to walk, travelling beautifully on the lead. She enjoys canine company and has settled happily into a busy household with six other female dogs.

A QUIET GIRL WITH A LOT TO GIVE

Duffy has a lovely, unassuming personality. She doesn’t need constant entertainment or attention and seems happiest when life is peaceful and predictable.

Once she feels comfortable, her affectionate side begins to emerge. She is also wonderfully easy-going around her canine companions, sharing her space, food and toys without fuss.
