HER IDEAL HOME

Faith needs a calm and patient home with people who understand that trust cannot be rushed.

Her adopters should be gentle and consistent, avoiding loud voices, sudden movements and pressure. She will need time to settle and the freedom to approach new experiences at her own pace.

A friendly resident dog could be particularly beneficial, as Faith appears to gain confidence from canine companionship.

HER STORY

Faith arrived at the pound without any history.

We don’t know where she came from, whether she once had a family or what experiences shaped the frightened girl we see today.

She currently shares her kennel with another female dog, and having a canine companion appears to help her feel more secure.

Faith is now in rescue, giving us the opportunity to help her overcome some of the fears that have held her back.

FAITH – HAVE FAITH IN HER

Faith arrived at the pound with no history and no clues about the life she had lived before.

She is now safely in rescue, but the fear she carries with her is impossible to ignore. Faith is a deeply timid girl who needs someone willing to look beyond her nervousness and give her the time she needs to discover that people can be trusted.

FROM FEAR TO LEARNING TO TRUST

Faith’s world can still feel overwhelming. Sudden movements and unexpected noises can make her retreat, but in a calm environment she is able to walk beautifully on the lead and takes reassurance from canine company.

WHY YOU’LL LOVE HER

Faith has a quiet beauty that goes far beyond her stunning coat and gorgeous face.

She isn’t a dog who demands attention. Instead, she needs someone prepared to earn her confidence and appreciate the small steps forward as she begins to relax and feel secure.

For the right person, helping Faith discover her confidence could be incredibly rewarding.
