HER STORY

Magpie arrived at the pound at the beginning of summer.

She found the environment difficult and lost some weight after arriving. The rescue team and volunteers have been monitoring her closely and ensuring she receives veterinary attention when needed. Thankfully, she is now looking better and gradually gaining strength.

We know very little about her life before rescue. She wasn’t microchipped when she arrived, so there is no way of knowing where she came from or what experiences she had before finding herself at the pound.

Magpie is now ready for the opportunity to leave that uncertainty behind. At approximately 24kg, she is a lovely medium-sized girl who deserves a family committed to giving her the care and security she has been missing.

MAGPIE – A PRECIOUS GIRL WAITING FOR HER SECOND CHANCE

Magpie is a beautiful girl who has been through an unsettled time, yet she is slowly finding her feet. Now she needs someone to look beyond her circumstances and give her the opportunity to become the much-loved companion she deserves to be.

A BEAUTIFUL GIRL BEGINNING TO BLOOM

There is something very special about Magpie.

She has been through a period of change, but with the right care she is beginning to look brighter and stronger. Given the chance to settle somewhere peaceful, she can concentrate on enjoying the simple things that make a dog happy: comfort, companionship and feeling safe.
