HIS STORY


Pongo came into rescue as a nervous, uncertain boy who lacked confidence and struggled to trust the unfamiliar world around him.


Over the months, with structure, daily routines, and plenty of tender loving care, he has slowly begun to blossom.

He now happily accepts wearing his lead and looks forward to his daily walks with staff and his canine companions. Watching his confidence grow has been incredibly rewarding.


As Pongo has come out of his shell, his playful and cheeky side has started to shine through. He can be wonderfully goofy, loves to have fun, and forms incredibly strong bonds with the people he trusts.


He is a loyal, affectionate boy with so much love to give and is now ready for the next chapter of his life.

When Pongo first arrived in our care, he was a very withdrawn and anxious young dog who found the world around him overwhelming.


Today, thanks to patience, kindness, routine, and understanding, he is a completely different dog and is finally ready to find the forever family he deserves.

  • Flea & worm treated

  • Adults are spayed/neutered​
