HIS STORY


Reggie is believed to be just 1–2 years old. He and his friend Ronnie, a Bodeguero Terrier, wandered into a couple’s garden and quickly made themselves at home. When the homeowners returned, they found the two boys happily stretched out on the sunbeds as though they had lived there forever.


Despite being shared on local lost dog groups, nobody came forward to claim them. Neither Reggie nor Ronnie was microchipped, and both were brought safely into the care of AA Dog Rescue.


Reggie is now thriving in one of our experienced multi-dog foster homes, where his playful and affectionate personality has really begun to shine. He loves toys, enjoys mealtimes, sleeps soundly through the night and, if given the choice, is more than happy to sleep on the bed alongside his people.


Reggie already understands the word “no”, is an intelligent little dog and should respond very well to kind, positive reward-based training.


Because Reggie enjoys canine companionship, we would like him to join a home with another friendly resident dog who can be both a companion and playmate.

Whether he’s proudly carrying a toy through the house, asking for another cuddle or curling up beside you at bedtime, he throws himself into life with infectious enthusiasm. He loves his food, enjoys the company of both people and other dogs, and has settled beautifully into foster care.


Like many Yorkshire Terriers, Reggie has a wonderfully confident nature and isn’t afraid to let his personality shine. Behind his scruffy little face is a loyal, affectionate companion who simply wants to be loved and included in family life.
