HER STORY


Rosario arrived at the pound as one of five dogs who survived a devastating house fire.


The tragedy received considerable attention because her owner and two of his beloved dogs sadly died. Less visible were the surviving dogs left without their home or the person they depended upon.


Rosario had no way of understanding why everything familiar had suddenly disappeared. She was simply left facing a completely different world.


We cannot restore what she has lost, but we can help make sure the rest of her life is filled with care.

ROSARIO – A SECOND CHANCE AFTER TRAGEDY


Rosario has lost almost everything she once knew.


Following the devastating house fire that claimed the life of her owner and two of his dogs, Rosario was one of five survivors left behind. Their home was gone, their family was gone, and they were left confused and frightened in the pound.


Rosario is now waiting for someone to give her the security and happiness she has lost.

Rosario has been through an unimaginable upheaval, but her story does not have to end with what she has lost.


She needs a new beginning with people who will give her stability, kindness and the reassurance that she is safe.
