Despite everything he has endured, Sailor has remained wonderfully trusting and affectionate.


He adores spending time with our volunteers and is happiest when he’s receiving a gentle fuss or simply enjoying human company.


Sailor is a lovely, sociable little dog who mixes beautifully with both male and female dogs. His calm, friendly nature makes him an easy companion, and everyone who meets him falls for his gentle personality.


As his body heals, his confidence continues to grow, and each day we see a little more of the happy young dog waiting to shine.


Now it’s time for Sailor to swap kennel life for a warm bed, loving family, and a future full of adventures.

FROM HEARTBREAK TO HOPE


Sailor arrived at the Perrera alongside five other dogs, all in a truly heartbreaking condition.


He was painfully underweight, suffering from sores and hair loss, and it was obvious that life had not been kind to this gentle young boy.


Thankfully, those difficult days are now behind him, and Sailor is finally getting the care, kindness, and love he has always deserved.


Now he just needs a family to complete his happy ending.
