HER STORY


Vera is one of the “Coronation Street girls,” handed into rescue as a pup alongside her sisters Hilda and Mavis.

While her sisters have received lots of attention, Vera is still waiting patiently for her chance at a forever home.


Now four years old, she is ready to leave kennel life behind and finally enjoy the comfort of a loving home.

A big girl withh a  soft heart. Vera is a calm, sweet-natured large-breed girl who has sadly been overlooked simply because of her size.


Despite being a big dog, she has wonderfully gentle manners. She doesn’t jump up, walks nicely on the lead, and already knows some basic commands.


She’s also a firm favourite with the kennel staff thanks to her affectionate and easygoing personality.
