Meet Pixie! Pixie is a sweet and loving 5-year-old (born 13.03.2019) who is ready to find her forever home. With a calm and gentle nature, Pixie gets along wonderfully with other dogs and happily shares her kennel run with four canine friends. While she may be a little timid at first, Pixie quickly comes out of her shell once she gets to know and trust you. Her morning highlight? Going absolutely mad for her medication-filled sausage treat! Pixie’s blood test results show she is positive for leishmania, but this is easily managed with a simple, inexpensive daily tablet and an annual blood test to monitor her levels. CUPID – 7 months old, 12 kg Cupid was found abandoned at the shelter gates, terrified of human touch and severely underweight. To help her learn to trust again, she now lives inside the shelter house where she can spend gentle, daily time with people. She is a genuine little sweetheart with a soft, pleasant nature. Cupid enjoys being around other dogs and loves to play, though she can still be a bit timid in their presence. She has formed a close bond with her canine friend Ebony, who is helping her grow in confidence and relax around people. Every day, Cupid shows steady progress. Cupid would benefit from living with another confident dog. Full rescue back-up for life is provided. Adoption is subject to a home check.
